All our production takes place within a 30 mile radius of our abattoir located in CORNELLÀ DEL TERRI. This fact is especially important since it reduces transport-related stress and the duration of fasting prior to slaughter, with a consequential reduction in the animals’ stress levels.
The combination of the close proximity of the facilities and the environmental health factors ensures the meat from these pigs has characteristic, unique qualities, unique to this breed.
