SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
You can receive your order at the address that you indicate at the time of placing it.
Orders may be national: shipments to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and no deliveries are made on weekends or during local holidays. Orders can only be delivered to private residences or offices, and always during office hours. Therefore, to facilitate deliveries, Clients are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the shipment.
DELIVERY TERM
Orders for territories located in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands are normally delivered between 3-5 business days from receipt, depending on the product ordered. Orders for territories in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will normally be delivered between 4-7 business days from receipt. As an example, if the order contains a sliced ham, it will take longer than an order for an unsliced product, since we slice it when we receive the order so that it is practically freshly sliced.
During some marked dates (e.g.: the second half of December) these usual delivery times may double due to the high volume of orders.
Verification upon receipt.
The Customer must verify the status and content of the package within a reasonable period of time after receipt to verify that everything is correct and in accordance with the order. In the event that no communication of rejection of the products has been received within 7 days of delivery, ARBU 1957 S.L will consider that the Client has accepted it.
The availability of the products offered by ARBU 1957 S.L may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that ARBU 1957 S.L updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the client could be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, ARBU 1957 S.L will notify the Client at the time it becomes aware of this situation by means of an email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. ARBU 1957 SL may give the double option of: supplying the customer without price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of higher quality, or except for justified and demonstrable reasons by ARBU 1957 SL within this same period, pay the sums paid for the order cancelled.
SHIPPING COSTS
National shipments in the Peninsula will be free. For those shipments outside the Peninsula, all orders whose amount is equal to or greater than the amount indicated below will be free:
- Spain (Islas Baleares): 150 €
- Spain (Islas Canarias): 500 €
- Spain (Ceuta and Melilla): 400 €
For orders that do not exceed the minimum amount, the cost of transport will be detailed below:
- Spain (Islas Baleares): 9,50 €
- Spain (Islas Canarias): 85,00 €
- Spain (Ceuta and Melilla): 25,00 €
SECURE PAYMENT METHODS
Transfer or deposit into bank account you can make the payment by transfer or deposit into the following bank account, including the order reference in the “Concept” field:
- Holder: ARBU Curados

(*) Your order will not be sent until the amount has been received in our bank account and confirmed by our administration department.
PayPal: if you have a PayPal account, you can make the payment safely in a couple of minutes using your email and password.
Virtual POS through Bizum or credit card: Most of the cards used at the European level are accepted, such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, and American Express. We recommend this payment system since it is verified in real time and once the transaction is authorized, the preparation and shipment is carried out without the need for any further action.
Steps to follow when paying by credit card:
- Once the purchase is confirmed, a new window will open with the Redsys payment gateway where the following data must be entered: card number, expiration date in MM / YY format, name of the cardholder and CVC2 code. The CVC2 code is the last 3 numbers on the back of the card just below the magnetic stripe.
- In some cases, depending on the configuration of your method of making bank transfers, once the data has been confirmed, a new window of your bank will appear where you will be asked to enter a random code of the personal key card that is used to make online banking transactions.
- Once the code has been verified, the system will give us a purchase confirmation message with an authorization code that, if you wish, you can print as proof of payment.
We protect your data with SSL, the acronym that responds to the terms Secure Socket Layer, which is a security protocol that makes your data travel in an integral and secure way, that is, the transmission of data between a server and web user, and in feedback, it is fully encrypted or encrypted.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel the order after completing the purchase, you can do so without any charge and without providing any reason, as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
To make a cancellation, you must contact through the following email address: pedido@arbucurados.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once 24 hours have passed and if the order had left ARBU, the cancellation can no longer be made. To return the order, you will have to do it once you have received it and following the return conditions mentioned below in Returns.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by means of a notification by telephone to 972 57 08 94, by sending an e-mail address to pedido@arbucurados.com with the word WITHDRAWAL in the matter, sending your letter to our postal address CARRETERA CAMÓS, s / n , 17834, SANT VICENÇ DE CAMÓS (GIRONA), or by filling in the withdrawal form and sending it to pedido@arbucurados.com. The client’s data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the previously foreseen purpose (8 years), except legal obligation. Likewise, the legitimate basis of the treatment is for legal compliance.
As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for the costs of the return.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check their status. As soon as we check that both the item / s, as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.
RETURNS
All our products are sent perfectly packed and protected, so they should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that you detect any problem with the packaging such as bumps or breakages upon receipt of the shipment, please state this circumstance in the acknowledgment of receipt from the transport agency. If these circumstances are not stated, the return will not be possible.
In case you want to proceed to return the product for its condition once the packaging is opened, please read further in Returns of the pieces of Ham and Blade.
The return of any product included in our catalog will be accepted without any justification within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order as long as the products are returned EXACTLY as they were sent, with the packaging closed and in perfect condition. The return cost will be paid by the buyer. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the products (subtracting the return costs) to the buyer, after checking that all the products included are exactly as in the original order.
Returns of the pieces of Ham and Blade (“Jamón” and “Paleta”):
The quality of all the hams and blades that can be purchased in our online store is guaranteed. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Bad smell after opening the product.
- Excessive amount of fat. For our products, a fat percentage of 30-40% of the total weight is considered as normal.
- Once started, returns will not be accepted if the difference in weight is more than 10% of the total initial weight of the product.
For their correct return, you must keep the original packaging and wrapping. Returns will NOT be accepted for any other reason such as: curing point, product image, salt point, among others.
All product returns will be reviewed at the factory by our Quality staff. Once they have been analyzed, you will be informed of the result and, if applicable, the product will be returned or a new product will be sent.
To request a return, you must fill send an email to pedido@arbucurados.com with the word DEVOLUCIÓN and the ordering number, and then stating the reason for requesting the return and a series of photographs that prove said condition. Our team will contact you to coordinate the collection of the piece for analysis.
Returns of the rest of the products:
The rest of our products are of the highest quality and are equally guaranteed. Returns will be accepted in case the product gives off a bad smell or bad general condition; products that the customer does not like due to image or aesthetics will not be accepted as returns.
