Consumption: In order to enjoy the organoleptic properties of ARBU ham at their best, it should be consumed at room temperature.
ARBU ham produced from our own pigs is an exceptional ham which is cured following a traditional method in our natural cellar in Hinojosa del Duque in the Pedroches Valley. It is a ham which provides great value in terms of the proportion of bone to meat. The results of our own breeding process are spectacular, with considerable fat pooling, which enhances the flavour and leads to a smoothness that is second to none.
